Rates include water and sewer.
* Electricity use is charged at the rate of $2.50 per day for RV'ers staying less than 1 month. RV'ers staying more than one month will be on an electric meter. An RV with two AC units will be charged $3.00 per day.

- Electricity not included in rates. More than one month stay, electric paid by reading of meter.
- Initial Deposit is last months rent. Week deposit is full rate.
- Upon arrival, 1st month rent is due. Remaining rent is due in advance monthly.
- No Refunds
- We must be notified 48 hours in advance if date of arrival has changed or site will not be held and deposit is forfeited.
- All rates include two (2) people unless otherwise stated.
Extra person charges ~ Daily: $4.00 Maximum 30 days for guests.
- Boat ramp available (no jet skis or air boats permitted)
- Reservations for 3 or more months can be taken up to 1 year prior to arrival time.
- Reservations for 2 months or less are taken not more than 1 month prior to arrival time.
Park Cooperative Share prices to purchase shares are currently $21,000.00 for RV sites/Park Homes, $22,000.00 for RV waterfront sites and $30,000.00 for Manufactured Homes. All come with a 99-year lease. Maintenance fee is $115.00 per month. These leases are subject to Market Value increases.
